Do you offer local pickups?

Absolutely! We offer free local pickups in Tecumseh & Windsor area. We are not a brick and mortar shop but we can meet up with you! Currently our meet up schedules are as follows:

How long does it take to process an order?

For local pickups, we try to get your item(s) ready within 4 hours from the time we have received the order. The preparation time for an order with one item is definitely faster than a larger order. However since we are a small local business, we can accommodate special requests on a case by case basis. Just email us and we will help as much as we can 🫡

How do I choose local pickups?

On our check out page, there are 2 options for delivery - Ship & Pickup in Store. Click "Pickup in Store" and continue with the check out process. Once we have received your order, we will reach out to you via email to confirm your preferred pick up time and location. 

What happens if I am only available to pick up on Sundays?

That is not a problem! We will try our best to accommodate your needs! However please understand we can only offer pickups at the Tecumseh location on Sundays because we have families too 😊 Just let us know what works best for you in our follow up email when confirming pick up time and location and we can take it from there 😊
