Frequently Asked Questions re our Shipping Policy
Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately we do not. We are hoping to keep our costs as low as possible, hence we decided not to include shipping cost into our listed prices.
How long does it take to process an order?
Despite our every intention to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping.
Do you ship within Canada?
Yes we do! We are currently shipping with Canada Post! However, we do not control when and how soon Canada Post delivery your package. Their delivery times along with any notices of delays are available on their website here.
At times when Canada Post service is under disruption, or significantly slower than usual, we will ship your order with UPS or other couriers.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Sorry, we are currently shipping domestically only. We will explore the possibility of international shipping in the future when such needs arise.
