Return and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

All items are sold "as is". Please always refer to photos and description listed for conditions of items. All items may have shelf wear such as soft corners and minor imperfections. Unless otherwise listed, we do not sell or ship damaged items. If required, we are happy to provide more photos of a product. Simply use the Chat button (the orange smiley face floating on our website) or email us for any concerns.

⚠️ For order cancellations, we will charge a 10% restocking fee to help with the extra admin work incurred. However for orders that have been picked up or shipped out, no cancellation will be accepted.

Please double check your shipping address before confirming your orders. We are not responsible for missing packages due to incorrect address provided. We mainly use Canada Post and UPS, and occasionally Purolator, FedEx etc upon request. Tracking information will be provided once order is shipped. We are not responsible for the package once it is dropped off at the shipper.

‼️ For those who have not replied to our emails for their shipping preference, or pay for shipping costs, we will send one FINAL NOTICE via email. If we still have not hear from you within 48 hours after sending the FINAL NOTICE, we will cancel your order with 10% restocking fee charged.
