Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately we do not. We are hoping to keep our costs as low as possible, hence we decided not to include shipping cost into our listed prices.
Why do your Google Ads & listings on Shop by Shopify show that you provide free shipping then?
Regrettably the settings on Google Ads and Shop by Shopify are very rigid and there is no way for us to truly reflect our Shipping Policy on their advertisements or listings. Hence we have added extra notices on our Webstore & in the description of individual products to remind our customers that Shipping is Extra.
As a small business, we cannot afford providing free shipping without drastically increasing our prices across the board. Therefore we have adopted this model of quoting shipping costs per order so that customers only need to pay for their own shipping based on real time shipper rates we obtain from our service providers.
How long does it take to process an order?
Despite our every intention to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping.
Do you ship within Canada?
Yes we do! Since CUPW has resumed their national strike, Canada Post has stopped processing all letters and parcels. We are shipping via other couriers like UPS, Canpar, Purolator, FedEX etc. However for customers using PO Boxes, we will not be able to ship your package until after the strike. Thank you very much for understanding!
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Sorry, we are currently shipping domestically only. We will explore the possibility of international shipping in the future when such needs arise.
How much is it to ship domestically?
The cost of shipping depends on the dimension & weight of the package. We work hard to provide our customers with the cheapest possible rate that includes insurance & tracking. We do not ship with 3rd party agents to ensure safe transit & delivery of our packages.
We only charge the exact cost quoted by the shipper. Nothing more, nothing less. We do not charge extra handling fee, material fee or other administrative fee when it comes to shipping.
Please also provide your contact number if you need shipping. This is required by the shippers to process any shipment. Without a contact number, we cannot proceed with ordering a shipping label.
